HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6-8 med. potatoes, boiled in skin, peeled & sliced when cool
8 slices bacon, fried crisp & chopped fine
1/3 c. bacon drippings
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
7/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 chopped onion

Mix all ingredients and heat and pour over already sliced (or diced) potatoes. Mix thoroughly but do not break up potatoes (use wooden spoon). Heat through and serve. HINT: All ingredients can be mixed in blender and heated and poured over potato slices.
