OLIVE - CHEESE BALLS 
2 cans olives (sm. stuffed)

Drain and squeeze with paper towel, be sure they are dry. Blend together:

1/2 lb. grated mild cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Take 1 teaspoon of above mixture and press in palm of hand, put olive in this and roll into a small ball. (Be sure olive is completely covered.) Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 or 15 minutes. Serve hot. May be made several days before and frozen until needed.
