3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 sm. jars apricot baby food
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
3 c. self-rising flour
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients together as you would mix cornbread. Do not beat. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Applesauce may be substituted for apricots.
