OREO DESSERT 
1 lg. pkg. Oreos
2 (8 oz.) Cool whip
1 lg. chocolate pudding (instant)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. milk

Grind Oreos in food processor. Reserve 3/4 cup of chopped Oreos. Combine Oreo with melted butter. Spread as bottom layer of 9"x13" pan. Mix Cool Whip with cream cheese and spread over layer of Oreos. Mix chocolate pudding with 2 1/2 cups of milk and spread over Cool Whip. Then spread other container of Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle remaining Oreos over top. Refrigerate.
