AFFY TAPPLE SALADS 
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
4 cups cored and crushed apples, (mixture of red and green is best)
1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple, reserve juice
1 1/2 cups crushed peanuts
1 beaten egg
1 (8oz) tub extra creamy whipped topping

Mix together the pineapple and marshmallows and chill overnight. Combine both mixtures and add whipped topping, apples and peanuts. With a spoon mix well.

Drain the pineapple and mini marshmallows and chill overnight. Stir together flour, sugar, vinegar and reserved pineapple juice. Add egg and cook only until thickened. Let cool. Combine the 2 mixtures and add apples whipped topping and peanuts. Chill overnight and serve.
