ORANGE RICE SALAD 
1 c. Minute Rice cooked as directed on box
1 (3 oz.) box orange Jello
1 bag marshmallows
1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Method cook rice as directed. When done and still hot add 1/2 of the marshmallows. Prepare Jello and when just starting to set add all ingredients except Cool Whip. Pour in 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate. Serve with bread or banana bread.
