PORK CHOP DINNER 
Desired # of pork chops
2 cloves garlic
1 lg. onion
2 lg. green peppers
6 lg. potatoes
2 tbsp. butter

In large fry pan melt butter. Add garlic, sliced onion and sliced peppers. Cook until onion starts to become clear. Put vegetables on plate. Brown pork chops in the same pan. Arrange pork chops in baking dish, place potatoes, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise, around the pork chops. Cover with vegetables. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour more.
