CHILI PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, minced
1 green pepper, minced
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 to 2 tbsp. chili powder to taste
1 bag Fritos (dip size)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger, onion, and pepper; drain off excess fat. Add tomato sauce and chili powder; simmer about 30 minutes. Grate cheese. Make layers of Fritos in Pyrex dish and around sides of dish. Add layer of chili mixture and layer of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
