CHILI POT PIE 
1 regular bag plain Fritos
1 regular bag chili Fritos
3 med. cans Hormel chili or 1 lg. + 1 med. Hormel chili
1 onion, diced
1 sm. pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
1 sm. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
butter

Crush both kinds of Fritos together. Take about 3/4 of the crushed Fritos and sprinkle in a greased baking dish about a 2 to 3 quart baking dish.

In large bowl combine chili, onion and 1/2 of each cheese. Pour this mixture over the Fritos in baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese. Then top off with remaining crushed Fritos. Put small pats of butter on top and bake in 325 degree preheated oven for 1 hour. Serve with salad and garlic bread. Serves 4 to 6 people.
