CHILI PIE 
2 (16 oz.) cans chili (with or without beans)
1 lg. bag bite size Fritos
1 c. chopped onions
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Picante sauce (optional)

Heat chili. Fill individual serving bowls 1/2 full with Fritos. Sprinkle with onions. Pour chili over Fritos and onions. Sprinkle with desired amount of cheese. Microwave for 45 seconds to melt cheese. (Spoon on picante sauce, if desired.) Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
