BREADED PORK CHOPS 
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
2 tbsp. flour or whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix dry ingredients in a bag. Dip chops in milk then shake one at a time in dry mix. Cook on rack in roasting pan. Bake at 425 degrees or until done 30 to 35 minutes. 6 medium chops.
