MEXICAN CHIP DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can refried beans with chilies, onion & garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2-1 tsp. chili powder (to taste)
1/2-1 c. taco sauce
8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 med. tomato, chopped

Brown ground beef with chopped onions, garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Add chili powder and taco sauce. Mix together. Add can of refried beans with chilies. Mix well. Pour mixture into any size baking dish. Cover with shredded cheese and chopped tomatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with tortilla chips. Can be kept warm on hot plate/warming tray.
