BASIC CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat together. Press in 9" springform pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.

CAKE:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon peel
1 c. whipping cream

All cake ingredients must be room temperature. Mix dry ingredients well. Add cream cheese, mix on medium speed. Add eggs, vanilla and lemon peel. Beat until smooth. Stir in cream and pour into pan. Bake 55 minutes at 375 degrees.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine and spread on hot cake. Bake 5 minutes longer.
