STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 basket mushrooms
1 c. bread crumbs
3 lg. cloves garlic
Fresh parsley
Salt
Pepper
3-4 tbsp. grated cheese
1/4 c. oil

Wash in cold water and remove stems (save) of mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 minutes in boiling water; drain. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, cut up stems, garlic cut into tiny pieces, as much parsley as desired. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese, oil and mix well. This should be moist.

In oblong baking dish sprinkle a little oil in bottom and sides. Spread mushrooms in single layer. Stuff mushrooms with spoon or spread a thick layer of crumbs right on top. Bake in 350 degree oven until lightly brown. Cover with foil for moist texture, about 1/2 hour or more.
