TURKEY SOUP 
Turkey bones
Water
Chicken bouillon
Onions
Potatoes
Carrots
Salt, pepper, and any other spices you choose
Cooked turkey

Put turkey bones into a large pan or crock pot. Cover with water and add bouillon. Cook on low heat until meat falls off the bone. Remove bones from broth. Add vegetables, spices, and any leftover turkey or chicken. You may use any vegetables or spices you choose. Also can use noodles, rice, or dumplings. This is a good way to use up that leftover Thanksgiving turkey. Can also do the same thing with chicken.
