CHICKEN IN WINE SAUCE 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. butter, melted

Roll chicken pieces in mixture of flour, salt, paprika and curry. Pour melted butter in casserole dish and add chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until chicken is golden brown.

4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. white wine

Combine melted butter, bouillon cubes dissolved in hot water, and wine in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add flour slowly using a whisk to mix. Cook until thick.

2 tomatoes, sliced
Sm. can mushrooms
1/4 c. green scallions, chopped

Remove chicken from oven and turn pieces over. Place sliced tomatoes, drained mushrooms, and chopped scallions over chicken and pour sauce over all. Replace in oven for 20 minutes more.
