CHICKEN IN CREAM SAUCE 
1 chicken, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. onion gravy
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 can chicken broth
4 fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. wine
1/2 c. half & half

Brown chicken in butter; remove. Add onion mix, tomato paste, chicken broth, mushrooms and wine. Put chicken back in and simmer for 1 hour. Remove chicken and add half & half; pour sauce over chicken. Serve on rice. Serves 4.
