CHICKEN CREAM SAUCE 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
2 c. milk
Pepper

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and pepper. Add milk and bouillon. Stir constantly over low heat until mixture thickens. Makes 2 cups sauce. Pour over baked chicken and rice.
