CHICKEN IN CREAM SAUCE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts (any combo of chicken pieces will do) or whole fryer (cut up)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk
1 tsp. ground ginger
Hot rice

Heat oven to 350.

Melt stick of butter in a glass 8 or 9 inch square baking dish. Set aside.

Mix flour, salt and pepper in a paper bag. Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture. Coat chicken pieces in butter in the baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn pieces over. Bake another 15 minutes.
