CASSEROLE CHILIES RELLENOS 
1/2 cup butter
2 (7 oz.) cans Whole Green Chilies (Fresh are the best)
1 lb. Grated Jack or Cheddar Cheese (you may use half & half)
3 Eggs
3/4 tsp. Salt
2 Cups Milk
1 cup Bisquick or Biscuit Mix

Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish (glass is best). Arrange chilies in a layer over bottom of the dish, cover with cheese.

Blend eggs, salt, milk and Bisquick. Pour over cheese.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Serves 6-8.
