PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 center cut pork chops, lightly browned in skillet
2 bell peppers, cut in rounds
1 lg. onion, cut in rings
1 lg. tomato, cut in slices
1 beef bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
1 can beef consomme
1 c. rice

Pour rice in bottom of 13"x9" baking dish. Place chops on top of rice. On top of each chop, place pepper ring, onion ring and tomato ring. Pour consomme and beef bouillon over chops. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for an hour.
