SKILLET CHOPS & BEANS 
4 pork chops
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 slices onion
Salt & pepper to taste
2 stalks celery
1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. ketchup

In a large skillet, brown chops in oil. Top each chop with an onion slice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Scatter sliced celery over chops. Add water. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until chops are tender. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to chops and heat through. Serves 4.
