PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice with seasoning
1 can beef consomme
1/2 can water
4 pork chops, browned in skillet
4 slices onions

Put rice and seasoning in bottom of 9x13 inch dish. Place pork chops on top of rice and put onion slices on each chop. Pour consomme over all and bake at 350 degrees until done. Cover with foil and remove the last 15 minutes.
