PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 sm. can mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup, diluted in 1 can of water

Combine all except pork chops. Put in casserole dish. Season pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika. Put over rice mixture. Cover casserole. Bake about 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
