ITALIAN ROTINI 
8 oz. pkg. rainbow rotini spirals
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. thinly sliced pepperoni
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, 1/4" strips
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Prepare pasta according to package. Drain, rinse and cool. Toss with mushrooms, pepperoni, cheese strips, green onions and olives. In shaker combine olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic salt and pepper. Toss dressing with salad mixture. Chill.
