BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPPIES 
2 (6 oz. each) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 lg. can Chinese noodles
1 c. salted peanuts

Put Chinese noodles and peanuts in large mixing bowl. Melt butterscotch chips and then pour over noodles and peanut mixture. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet that has wax paper on it. Refrigerate until cookies have hardened. Remove from cookie sheet and place in airtight container. You may, if you wish, store in refrigerate.
