BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
2 oz. pkg. butterscotch bits (chips)
Peanut butter
1 can chow mein noodles

Empty butterscotch bits (chips) into pan or double boiler and heat. Add 1 tablespoon peanut butter and stir until melted. Add and stir in 1 can chow mein noodles. Drop desired size on wax paper and place in refrigerator to cool. Ready to serve when firm.
