BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
8 oz. (1 c.) butterscotch chips
2 c. Corn Flakes
1/2 c. salted peanuts

Melt butterscotch chips in a double boiler over hot, not boiling water. Then stir in Corn Flakes and peanuts until covered with melted butterscotch chips. Drop with teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper (can use plastic wrap) covered cookie sheets and refrigerate until firm.
