BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
2 eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. coconut
2 c. miniature colored marshmallows
12 oz. bag butterscotch chips
3 tbsp. peanut butter

Beat together eggs, butter and sugar. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring slowly. Cool slightly and set aside. Add graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, coconut and marshmallows. Mix well. Press in slightly greased (butter) 13 x 9 pan. Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together. Spread over top. Chill and cut into squares. May be put in freezer or refrigerator for indefinite time.
