ITALIAN STEW 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in small pieces (may substitute Polish sausage)
1 tbsp. oil
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 c. water
2 tsp. beef bouillon
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. sliced carrots
1 thinly sliced onion
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced zucchini (May substitute 6 to 7 potatoes for celery and zucchini)
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Brown sausage in oil. Add remaining ingredients and either simmer on stove or bake in oven until vegetables are tender and stew has thickened. Top with Parmesan cheese.
