POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. coconut cream Jello instant pudding
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. boiling water
4 eggs

Mix cake mix, Jello pudding, poppy seeds, oil and boiling water together. Then add eggs and beat 4 minutes. Pour into 2 (5x9) greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Freezes very well.
