CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
8 oz. semi sweet melted chocolate
1 pt. cream

Combine egg whites and sugar in double boiler until hot; remove from heat, stir until cool. Add melted chocolate. Whip cream until like shaving cream, use bowl and beaters that were put in freezer to whip cream. Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
