LEMON DROP COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco or butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon extract

Beat with mixer until smooth: Crisco, eggs and sugar. Add milk, lemon extract, baking powder, baking soda and flour. Drop by teaspoonfuls into confectionery sugar and roll around. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
