BAKED CREOLE' FISH 
8-10 fish fillets, bass
Creole seasoning
Italian dressing

In 9 x 13 glass baking dish, lay fish fillets. Pour Italian dressing over the fillets but do not cover (about 3/4 of the way up the fish). Sprinkle with Creole seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven, 300 degrees.
