OVERNIGHT SALAD 
Spinach - bite size
Lettuce - bite size
Eggs - hard boiled and sliced
Bacon - cooked and crumbled
Red onion, sliced
Mushrooms, sliced
Peas - frozen, petite (uncooked)
Meats - sliced ham, turkey - bite size

Layer salad fixings as desired; amounts may vary. NOTE: Particularly attractive if done in a clear glass bowl (layers will be visible).

Top with dressing mixture of 1/2 cup sour cream to 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Refrigerate overnight, covered.

Guests should dip down into the salad. Serve with hot rolls.
