LEMON DESSERT 
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. whipped evaporated milk
Whipped topping
1 box vanilla wafers

Mix Jello, water and lemon juice. Chill until egg white consistency. Next mix whipped evaporated milk with Jello. Pour into 9"x9"x2" pan with vanilla wafer on the bottom of the bowl. Top with whipped topping and some of the vanilla wafers.
