CHEESE PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. Cool Whip

FILLING:

1 lb. cottage cheese
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese (3 oz.)
2 eggs
9 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar

Crust: Mix all ingredients together with mixer. Put in a 10 inch glass pie plate and spread with fingers over bottom and sides. Do not bake!!

Filling: Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour in pie crust, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake on lower shelf of oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn off and let in oven to set (approximately 15 minutes). Refrigerate and serve cold.
