CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Wilderness cherry pie filling
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar

Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Pat into a 9x13 inch cake pan or two 9-inch pie pans.

Mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, add eggs, one t a time, and vanilla. Mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely. Add Wilderness cherry pie filling. Can use any flavor pie filling.
