POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
1 pkg. chicken breast and thighs
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 roll Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 cube butter, melted
2 tsp. poppy seed

Cover chicken and cook till tender. I microwave it. Remove bones and cut into bite size pieces. Put in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Mix cracker crumbs, butter and poppy seed, sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, uncovered. Serve over rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
