CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and skinned
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. any cheese of your choice
1/4 c. bread crumbs mixed with 1 tablespoon butter

Place broccoli in 9x9 pan; top with cheddar cheese. Top with cooked chicken. Cover with Swiss, etc. cheese.

Mix together cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour over chicken and cheese; cover with bread crumb mixture. Bake, covered, about 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees.
