CHEESE GRITS 
1 3/4 c. hominy grits
6 c. boiling water

Cook until thick or to package directions. Add to grits:

1/4 lb. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces

Stir until cheese melts and add:

3 well beaten eggs
2 tsp. season salt (or to taste)

Bake in greased dish 1 hour at 300 degrees uncover the last few minutes.
