JANE'S CHICKEN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli spears (or fresh)
1/4 c. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt & dash of pepper
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 tbsp. dry white wine (Chablis)
6 whole cooked, deboned chicken breasts
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli, set aside. Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Add chicken broth. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbles. Stir in whipping cream and wine. Arrange broccoli in bottom of 13 x 9 inch dish. Pour 1/2 of sauce over broccoli. Layer chicken on top of broccoli. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Broil additional 5 minutes to brown.
