INSTANT PUDDING COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 c. flour

Mix. Shape in small balls and flatten with fork dipped in water. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
