1/2 c. soft butter 1 pkg. instant pudding mix (3/4 oz.) 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Blend thoroughly. Add: 3/4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. nuts Bake in 8 inch square greased pan at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Cool then cut. With coconut pudding - sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut over top before baking. | |
