1 4 oz. pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
2 c. cold milk
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
16 cream-filled chocolate (about 2 c.) sandwich cookies, crushed
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat or whisk instant pudding mix and milk about 2 minutes. Cover and chill for 5 minutes. Stir together cream cheese, whipped topping, blending well. Place 1 cup crushed cookies evenly on bottom of large bowl or 9 x 9 dish.

Spread half of cream cheese mixture over crushed cookies, sprinkle with half of nuts. Spread all of pudding over top. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture evenly over pudding. Sprinkle with remaining nut and cookie crumbs.

Chill at least 2 hours.
