OVEN EASY PORK CHOPS 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
6 pork chops

In pie plate combine crumbs, salt and pepper.

In another bowl blend egg and milk. Coat chops with crumbs, dip in egg mixture and in crumbs again. Place butter in pan to melt. Place chops in pan 13x9x2 and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chops and bake 30 minutes more.
