CHICKEN SUPREME 
8 chicken breast fillets
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onions, diced
1/2 c. green peppers, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup

Brown chicken in butter in frying pan. Put chicken in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Saute celery, green pepper, and onion in butter. Add soups and dilute with 2 soup cans water. Let come to a boil and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours. Sprinkle cheese over chicken last 30 minutes and continue baking, uncovered.
