1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 lb. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, room temperature
2 c. pecan halves

Combine whipping cream and brown sugar together in a bowl suitable for microwave oven and mix well. Microwave on high for 13 minutes (DO NOT OPEN DOOR DURING THE 13 MINUTES). Remove from oven and add butter and pecan halves and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto foil paper to cool.
