MISS DAISY'S MEAT LOAF 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
Catsup and parsley flakes for topping

Mix ingredients together with meat, making sure meats are evenly distributed in mixture. Press into loaf pan (or cup cake tins for individual loaves). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Before cutting, top with catsup and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
