MELTING MOMENTS 
COOKIE DOUGH:

1 c. butter
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. cornstarch

Cream butter. Add sugar and gradually add flour and cornstarch, beating until smooth. Drop by teaspoonful (1/2 teaspoon if you want smaller cookies). Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. (Cookies won't brown.) Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely before frosting. (Makes 8 dozen.)

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh is best)
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind

Cream until smooth and ice cookies.
